EMC Immunity Testing

Standardised immunity tests verifying your product survives realistic electromagnetic interference.

EMC Immunity Testing

Overview

What this service is

Immunity is the half of EMC that bites you in the field, not in the lab. ESD events at the customer site, surge events on the supply line, RF interference from nearby equipment — these are the failures that come back as warranty claims and reputation damage.

We run the full IEC 61000-4 immunity series, apply the performance criteria defined in your product-family standard, and produce a report you can cite directly in your technical file and DoC.

Scope

What's included

  • ESD (IEC 61000-4-2)
  • Radiated RF immunity (IEC 61000-4-3)
  • EFT / Burst (IEC 61000-4-4)
  • Surge (IEC 61000-4-5)
  • Conducted RF (IEC 61000-4-6)
  • Voltage dips and short interruptions (IEC 61000-4-11)
  • Report with performance criteria evaluation per phenomenon

Deliverables

What you receive

Test report (PDF) per phenomenon with pass/fail and observations
Photographic evidence of test setup
Recommendations on failures, where applicable

Why it matters

The cost of skipping it

Immunity failures show up as field returns, warranty claims, and reputation damage. Test it in a lab before the customer does it for you.

Who it's for

Typical clients

Manufacturers of electronics, industrial controls, medical-adjacent equipment, and any product whose failure in the field would be costly or visible.
